Ignorant staff, dated rooms, uncomfortable beds, not very clean

We arrived early in the morning (around 6 AM) and asked the staff if we could check in a bit earlier (around 11–12 PM), but they refused. Of course, it's their policy, but usually in other places where I've stayed, the staff were more friendly and tried to help or offer a solution. The first room we were given around 2 PM was absolutely unclean — it looked like someone had just left it. There was hair everywhere, the bed sheets were dirty, the towels were wet, and the floor was filthy. It seems like they don’t clean the floors at all — we stayed in three different rooms, and it was the same in all of them. In the room were no windows! After we complained, they gave us a bigger room, but the sink was broken. We had two separate reservations with back-to-back dates, so we had to check out and check in again on the same day, so they changed to another room. In the last room, we had an allergic reaction and even found insects in the bed. We weren’t expecting anything extra for the money we paid, but at the very least we expected a clean room and functioning plumbing. Don’t believe the photos on the internet.
