The location was great. The unit was clean when we got it

The drain in the shower did not drain and that is definitely a problem because the shower base is so low that water quickly escapes when the drain isn’t draining. The kitchen sink drain was slow too. There were old chairs stacked in the closet. I don’t think the refrigerator works well. There is broken furniture stacked up in the courtyard. The unit feels like it’s been used hard.

The location was very good but it was very complicated to get into the property. Two locked iron gates in addition to the door. EVERY time you go in and out

Where do I start? The unit was 28 degrees when we arrived -no effort made for a welcoming arrival. There was only a portable ac unit that was not plugged in and spent 20 minymessung with a non Working wall unit and finding an outlet that worked-ended up being an extension cord with multiple plug in that we had to stretch over. After 3 hours having all other rooms closed offf the temp had dropped to 25. Washer did not work -I was excited to wash some clothes -oven did not work-tried to heat up our pizza. No shampoo or anything nice in bathroom only one small used bar of soap and a small amount in a hand dispenser. Multiple communication to manager but not really able to help-no offer to come over. courtyard was still too warm to sit out in at 9pm-4 walls and airless. At 10:00pm we moved to a hotel down tthe street. The room was nicely cool upon our arrival with all amenities for a small amount more than the hot apartment. Booking.com did not stand behind their listing and I was out the amount of the entire stay except for 79 dollars because I’m a good customer. This in spite of the fact that they have received numerous complaints about this listing. Believe me I could add more pictures but they limit it to 4

Absolutely stunning apartment, well-appointed, comfy beds, amazing patio, large living room. Close to bus route and only 10 mins bus ride to main train station. Close to lots of restaurants. Fabulous host!
