"Cozy and Affordable but Needs Some Updates/Instructions"

My friends and I enjoyed the artwork and the coziness of this apartment. It had some nice views and it was close to the town square and a lot of things were in walking distance. We enjoyed the foods that were provided to us and the price for the rental was affordable. It seemed to be in a safe area with many people around.

During our stay, we had a few things that made it more difficult to enjoy fully - such as the property being on the 5th floor, the washing machine not being easy to use and the mattresses/pillows weren't that comfortable. Also, we had a few essential utensils missing and didn't know how to operate some of the equipment. Plus the trash receptacles didn't match to the main bins downstairs. Another thing we didn't like, is the marker for the parking spot we were supposed to stay in.

"Great place for the price"

This is a good choice for the price. We had all we needed for a simple one night stay.

For some it might be a problem to get to 4th floor + there is a railroad next to the house, but it did not bother us too much.
