"אכזבה גדולה . אין אנשי שירות לדירה"

מטבח מאובזר. מיקום טוב- הליכה קצרה לאגם קומו.

הליך קבלה מסורבל מאד. לא זמינים לפני. כל קבלת החדרים קשה- אין תמיכה של איש במקום . הכל דרך אנשי שירות בטלפון ( לא מהאזור).ארבעים דקות עד שהבנו איך נכנסים. לא היו מיים חמים! אין איש שירות. המיטות רכות מאד( למי שאוהב).

Excellent location, beautiful new apartment, fully equipped and nicely decorated. Very clean. Walking distance to nice restaurants, the lakefront and the ferries. Excellent home base from which to explore Bellagio and Varenna.

Everything was lovely!

"Komfortowy pobyt nad jeziorem Como"

Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony - jest dosłownie wszystko! Poza tym piękny, czysty i w dogodnej lokalizacji, a z balkonu widać jezioro. Polecam 😊

Basen ma takie położenie, że prawie cały czas jest tam cień i nie jest podświetlony

"Great location. Lovely apartment."

Great location. Very clean and comfortable apartment with all the facilities needed.

I was disappointed with the pool area as they were no sun loungers for the apartment. There were some there which the staff said we could use but we were asked to vacate as they belonged to another apartment. The only other option was to lie on the grass with the ants! The pool was not particularly clean with debris on the bottom and a film of oil on the surface of the water. A welcome basket would have been welcomed.

"Lovely place, but be patient with the communication"

The apartment is beautiful and positioned well

There was nothing to dislike about the property, however the communication to gain access was applauding. We tried so many times to ask how to get entry prior to our stay and there were too many requirements, we were given an address that was wrong and wasted our time. Finally we did a video conference call and verified our identity and then we got the correct directions and access. We found this to be a terrible way to start our stay.

"We will be back!"

It is literally a 3 min walk into the quaint beautiful town. The pictures online don't give it justice..... the comfort, cleanliness, security with private garage, very modern and hi-tech appliances, the view of the Lake 4/5, but peaceful, extra bedsheets.... literally the list goes on.. We rated this 10 out of 10. Thank you for an awesome stay. We will be back.
