het was er zalig verblijven we werden verwend bij aankomst stond een flesje wijn klaar de accomodatie is erg verzorgd het ontbijt perfect heel vriendelijke mensen die er werken ! het zwembad is supermooi en groot uitzicht is fantastisch

het geluid van bosmaaiers was constant aanwezig ( misschien de tijd van het jaar dat dit nodig was )

Fica num local belíssimo, com um excelente restaurante e um ótimo centro de bem estar.

O quarto que pegamos (o mais barato) era bastante pequeno, não sendo possível abrir duas malas no quarto. O banheiro também era bem pequeno, especialmente o box de banho. Talvez os quartos mais caros sejam bem melhores.

We rented the wine cottage which was very nice, private and gave us some extra space. We were able to make coffee and it had extra snacks in the fridge when we got there and a complimentary bottle of wine. It had a kitchen so we could have cooked if we wanted. The views from the main building are beautiful. The grounds are kept in lovely condition. We were able to take a couple of day trips to surrounding towns. Todi was very nice.

The spa needed some work. The "hot tub" was lukewarm and when I asked how to make it hot the girl told me it wasn't possible. Some of the jets in the tub weren't working the first day. We told the attendant about it and the next day it wasn't fixed. The steam sauna was working the first day and the next day it was turned off and we weren't able to figure out how to get it working. It was difficult to find anyone to ask about this. The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance. We were there in April so maybe they had just opened for the season. One night we ate at the restaurant and it was a beautiful night so we asked to eat on the terrace just outside of the restaurant but we were told it wasn't possible. The staff were polite but could have been a little more welcoming and helpful. There wasn't a lot of information about the facilities. We asked at the front desk about wine tastings and we were told that we had to ask at the winery, which was closed when we went there. We did enjoy our stay overall, but it could have been improved.

המקום כל כך יפה, מטופח ונקי. הצוות מאוד ידידותי, שירותי ונעים. המלון עצמו יפה מאוד, שקט מאוד , בלב איזור ירוק. לא לוותר על היין שלהם, הוא מדהים! ארוחת הבוקר טובה.

Fantastic views and lovely rooms. A well designed place which is far more striking than it appears on Booking.

We had a power cut one night and it would have been nice if staff brought some candles to us as it was out for quite a while. I understand that maybe this is not a common occurrence though.
