- Great location - Very helpful instructions - Very friendly service - Someone came to empty the trash cans and make the beds - Room layout - Very good soundproofing of the windows

- The fact that the Booking.com website speaks about "no 24-hour reception" suggests that the reception has limited opening hours but does exist - Air conditioning is loud - Coffee capsules aren't the usual ones and are difficult to obtain
