L’emplacement est top face à la mer dans une petite station sympa. Merci pour la chambre vue mer. Le restaurant est aussi situé entre la mer et la piscine. Donc c’est un cadre très chouette.

Établissement vieillissant. Ça se ressent beaucoup trop à mon goût dans l’ensemble du complexe jusque dans la chambre. Le soir, c’est assez bruyant. Le personnel n’est pas très sympathique. Médaille d’or au maître nageur qui nous a viré d’un lit balinais alors que nous avions eu un bon offert par l’hôtel pour en profiter. Au lieu de nous expliquer gentiment la démarche, il s’en va alors que nous sommes en train de lui parler. Pas pro du tout. Pour le restaurant, déception de voir passer des desserts ou des gaufres dans les assiettes des autres qui ne sont pas faites en quantité suffisante pour que tout le monde en ait… Le spa n’est pas à la hauteur d’un tel établissement. Le bain turc chauffe à peine et il n’est pas en bon état. Moisissures sur les murs. Petite déception pour cet établissement qui a pourtant tout pour être très chouette

Welcoming, friendly, ultra clean, food excellent with plenty of variety. Stayed AI and I was more than happy. Location is excellent, right on the beach front, great size balconies and the sea view was absolutely perfect. You will not be disappointed, enjoy, I will certainly be back.

There’s lots of peculiar rules, a certain area at breakfast opens 30 mins after the restaurant opens, the lunch poolside truck make you sit in a specific place to wait for your lunch, we found the staff a mixed bag, and the food is very average

Location

The hotel was advertised as a stylish, adults-only, all-inclusive resort, but in reality it fell far short. The clientele was much older (average age seemed to be 60+), which wasn’t reflected in the marketing. The all-inclusive package was misleading – alcohol had to be paid for after 11 pm. The hotel is not easily accessible: no parking, no way to drive up to the entrance, and no help with luggage. We had to pay a cash deposit for beach towels, which was never disclosed, and the towels were old. Our room shower flooded, and we found a dirty toothbrush from a previous guest under the sink. Every pool lounger was stained and dirty. The food was bland and underwhelming, nowhere near 4-star quality. Despite being advertised as adults-only, there some young teens in the pool.
