The behavior was not good. The Staff or the owner had no intimation of the booking & earlier when we saw the room which was backside, the room was spacious but the toilet was tidy, so we went to see the room just infront of the road ( which we were trying to avoid just because of the road & the sound that was being too loud ), but the room was neat & clean and we decided to go for it. But then the Staff informed us that the one we booked for INR 990 + Taxes was actually for 1200 & the one we selected was for 1500 and initially asked us to cancel the booking for which we denied. Almost after 20 mins of discussion he then agreed to give us the room @ the booking rate.
