The location, staff, cleanliness and customer relations.

The facility has no alternate power but the national grid. It became very hot very fast in the rooms anytime the power goes out.

The staff was very nice. The ambience is gorgeous

There are roaches in such a nice hotel and they crawl everywhere and on the bed. They need to fumigate the whole hotel so I was scared and kept the lights on and barely slept and the water wasn't working at first

"Really bad - 90 USD for a double room a waste of money!"

Not much...the evening reception was very nice

I paid 90 USD for a double room. You literally get nothing for it! You better go to "Airport View Hotel" which charges more or less the same but you also get at Airport View a great deal that 90 USD (I've been there before). 90 dollars at the Avery Suites was literally a waste of my money! We got only 1 extremely basic very cold English breakfast eventhough I had a double room. The reception had told me the night before that my breakfast will be included, but the next morning nobody new anything about it. The WIFI didn't work at all. Overall it was very expensive and definitely not worth it.
