I was given a cubicle with a bed smaller than a twin bed. I felt cheated

Room too small. Bed smaller than a child's bed

The staff were nice and very helpful and also that the property is in a right lo location

The location is very good. It’s in East Legon in a quiet but well serviced neighborhood. The staff were very nice and available most of the time. The property is very quiet and guests are assured of non disturbance.

This may have been a one -off experience but there was a major plumbing issue which cut off water supply from the property. There was no communication about it and staff were unavailable to provide assistance. The breakfast could have been better. The room was a bit small but comfortable. Cleaning service was not available throughout the period.

Superb as usual.
