Apartamentul îndeplinește toate condițiile pentru un sejur confortabil fiind pozitionat conform descrierii având priveliste la mare, pe o rază de 200 metri aflându-se accesul la mare, plajă amenajată cu toalete și dușuri, cel puțin trei locații de servit masa în regim de autoservire , restaurante, magazine
