"Exceptional"

It was a truly enjoyable experience staying at the cottage. The property was clean, and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the comforts of home ,very close to town centre, restaurants. If I am coming to Sandwich in future I would definitely be looking forward to stay at Quay Cottage.

Great location on the quay. Cottage was clean and very quaint,we liked that it still had a lot of the original features but was equipped with everything needed for the stay. We would definitely book to stay here again

"A cozy cottage close to the centre of town and the river perfect for walks with our little dog."

Quay Cottage is a cozy cottage a 5 minute walk from shops and places to eat. The river is a minute walk away. It is a quiet location with parking in a lot in front of the property. We enjoyed having the wood burner to use in the evenings. Well situated for walks to Sandwich Bay and countryside. A small courtyard to let our pup out for fresh air and then longer walks on the grassy area along the river.

The bathtub/shower has nowhere to store your items. There is nothing to hang your clothes on in the bathroom. Bottom drawer of dresser is broken.

central location

the amenities were quite old, for us it was fine because we were in the conference centre all day and went out in the evening.
