"Very Bad Attitude Agent n Bad facility"

Shower does not works, ac smell like urine, fans makes rattling noise and the agent never pick up WA or phone, so irrresponsible agent

Irresponsible agent, never pick up call, said left items throw away, we have proof our bedsheet left there, and shower not working
