Mukam at Kanak Vilas, Jaipur

Among the chaos, this stay was the peace. Felt like home.

Nothing much.. it was perfect.

L’hôtel est très propre, très joliment décoré et avec une vraie attention du détail, ce qui contraste agréablement avec certains autres hôtels en Inde où nous avons séjourné. Le petit déjeuner à la carte est excellent et le personnel est gentil, souriant et serviable. Malgré quelques difficultés à se faire comprendre en anglais. En revanche, plusieurs points ont nui à notre expérience. La procédure d’arrivée a été assez pénible après minuit, avec de nombreux formulaires à compléter en ligne à la réception concernant passeports, visas, etc., alors que nous étions très fatigués après le voyage. À notre avis pour les arrivées tardives cela pourrait être géré le lendemain. Surtout, notre suite fermée par une simple porte en bois non-insonorisée, donnait directement sur l’entrée et l’aire de réception, avec en sus des fenêtres côté cour et cuisines. Entre les arrivées tardives et le bruit matinal des cuisines et du personnel, le calme que nous recherchions dans cet hôtel n’était malheureusement pas au rendez-vous.

Such a beautiful building, the rooms are spacious and well decorated. Very peaceful.

Good location / pet friendly / good staff

During our stay due to the rains there was no electricity for 3-4 hours / and windows couldn’t be opened as there is no mosquito mesh. So it does get quite claustrophobic They do need to consider investing in a Generator/ invertor.

I had a wonderful stay at Mukam by Kanak Vilas in Jaipur. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience feel very personal. Special mention to Hardik who was very responsive to all my queries. The place has a lovely, homely atmosphere that made it feel more like staying in a warm home than a hotel. The food was also delicious and freshly prepared. Overall, it was a peaceful and memorable stay that I would happily recommend.

Found it very comfortable and true value for the money and totally lived the heritage vibes,, the location of the property is an added bonus,, so near to the airport, bazaar and templea and mahala,, Special mention about the hospitality of hardik and amazing food by the chef,, They cleanliness is worth mentioning,, The aesthetics was adorable,, Totally was a good stay though for a short stay ,, would definitely comeback
