Close to terminal. Convenience store on same stretch.

Breakfast was cold and sparse. Paid for a "Superior" room with double bed. Assigned to 1 with 2 single. When asked for double bed. Sent to what seemed like a "standard" room. What's the use of booking?

I only liked the hotel's lift because it was aesthetic

The heater in the bathroom wasn't working properly, as there was no hot water. The towels had an unpleasant smell, and the TV remote was not functioning properly. Additionally, the bed sheets and pillowcases had visible stains.

the hotel will change your towel everyday. new day, new towel. in the mid of town. easy to find a meal.

Aircon was not being serviced, the filter was choked. We did clean ourselves. Suggest the Aircon services extremely important to be carried out more frequent for the guest health & hygiene. Please look at the room freshness, a bit smelly. Having say that it could be Aircon ventilation is poor due to filter choke it caused the room got a bit foul smell.
