The staff are friendly. The breakfast is delicious, especially the fried chicken and green bean soup.

Even though there is a notice board prohibiting smoking, there weren't many employees smoking near the stairs leading to my rooms on the third floor. The employees are supportive in helping the smokers quit. The rooms still smell strongly of smoke, though.

spacious room. clean toilet. staff moderate.

requested earlier for extra bed, dont have. requested for the same level for 3 rooms booked. dont have. got 1 set cup to make hot water. breakfast food too black pepper chicken too salty.
