JPJPJPJPStaff were super kind and polite. The front desk was available 24h. Bed was very comfortable. It was also close to the subway station both JR and Minatomirai line. and close to a convenient store at China Town. Using TV and VOD had no extra charge.
The floor of my room was full of women hair and in the shower, I found a razor Gillette which I thought was new, but when I opened it, some hair was inside of the blades.
