We were put in a converted loft Very low accommodation

the owner really helped me and brought me new hairdryer as all of them in that property were missing, it was the kindest thing that ever happened to me in any Booking :)

Cleanliness, location and privacy.

Shared bathroom, lack of towel rails, limited or lack of fresh bedsheets..

1- The house was spacious with lots of natural lights. 2- The beds and living space were comfortable, cozy and clean. 3- Well equipped kitchen with provided cleaning supplies. 4- A quiet neighbourhood and a bit far from restaurants and shops. 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest Manchester superstores. 5- The hosts were friendly and very responsive.

1- The bin outside and inside were overflowing. 2- The kitchen wasn’t very well stocked; no coffee, tea or sugar. 3- No toiletries. 4- Some guests had left the dirty dishes on the kitchen counter, dirty oven and dirty fridge before check out. A friendly messages were sent to the host pertaining the dirty kitchen situation. 5- Unfortunately when some of the cleaners arrived, they didn’t proceed to clean the kitchen, toilet, bathroom and other communal areas; they only came to clean and prepare the bedroom for the next guests.

Very good offer for a budget stay in Manchester. Amazing ratio of price/quality! Great instructions from the hosts (including video of the entrance) and good communication, all my questions were answered immediately! Situated in a very calm residential area. If you like walking - you can easily walk to the central quarters in 25-30 minutes. Few bus and train/tram stops are available in the area, it is very easy to get around. The home itself is quite new, everything is very clean and works perfectly. The kitchen is amazing, fully equipped with everything you can think about. All equipment and tableware is new and of good quality.

Not about the property exactly, but I believe we weren't lucky about the other guests who were staying there at the same time in other rooms. As our room and the house in general were extremely clean, it was a bit shocking to find the dirty dishes left by the guests in the shared area in the kitchen for a two days in a row. I am thankful to the host who managed this situation remotely by sending message to the other guests with a request to clean after themselves.
