Warmed up so quickly. Great bathroom design, crisp and lighting. Very nice Size, use of space and nook to place dog crate. Great to have a sofa which I covered with own sheets. Kitchen was perfect and nicely designed, new. Had everything I needed. Air was fresh. Soaps and lotions are very nice and very nicely fragrant.

Everything looked clean but the floor was quite dirty. Discovered by soaking up spilled water in a towel. Also sheets might be clean but the pillows themselves need now to be washed; smell of other users. Also, a glass smelled like dried by an old wrag.

We love Hilton Home 2 Suites. First time we stayed in one in Boone. Very comfy. Very clean. We loved the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion dispensers.

The bedding, or part of it, must have had polyester in it. I found it hot to sleep in...and the AC could have been better.

Fantastic location.

The shower in my room couldn't achieve a warm temperature before failing to turn off. Once the shower turned off the water became extremely hot. Had to be moved in the middle of the night due to the shower not being able to be turned off. The next room smelled heavily of body odor. The rooms were clean but pricey for otherwise standard hotel rooms.

Excellent room and the breakfast was outstanding

New parking lot was poorly designed and is too tight with challenging entrance and exit
