Inconsistent customer service. The morning staff seemed bothered by the guests. However, there were two girls at night that were very hospitable, friendly and extremely pleasant.

Hotel is new. Very clean. Excellent staff. Breakfast was a nice surprise above the standard hotel breakfast. Will stay there again.

The only thing missing was bathroom products like makeup remover, and the shower cap didn't have anything. I also disliked the fact that the rooms didn't have carpeting and that they were suites, but there was no grill for cooking food, just a refrigerator and dishwasher.

"Excellent"

Staff charged card 250and said it was due to smoking. Called and told them I don’t smoke feel like I was cheated and will not stay at one again

"Nice hotel, good location."

Nice, clean hotel, decent breakfast & easy walk to downtown.

This was a brand new hotel but the mattress we slept on either was not new or a cheap one. Slept OK but would've liked a better mattress.
