USThis stay was unacceptable. The unit had a visible cockroach infestation that made it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. On top of that, the sink was completely clogged, and instead of sending someone to fix it, the host told us to try and fix it ourselves—absolutely unprofessional. To make things worse, the host entered the property while we were out, without our permission or notice, which is a complete violation of privacy and trust. This is not just poor hospitality—it’s neglect. I contacted Booking.com for support, but no proper help was given. I strongly advise anyone considering this rental to stay away until these serious issues are addressed by professionals and the host respects basic guest rights.
AUGreat location on the west coast of Maui - unit was separated from the highway which meant it was nice and quiet. Extremely comfortable and spacious house with all fresh and modern amenities. 5-10 minute walk to closest beach!
