Great location... literally 5 mins walk from a beach and the site has good facilities

Not a major gripe but the pictures made the place look a lot bigger than it is

The view was pretty as per description and the room were clean so you could see someone has been round to clean the place before our arrival. The property was in a nice spot and easy to access.

Unfortunately the smell in the lounge and in the kitchen was of stale smoke (even if advertised as non smoking place). With a baby with us I didn’t feel comfortable to stay in as the smell was really present even with open windows and the air fresheners plugged in to mask the odours. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and there was no emergency number to call as the one given actually work only Monday to Friday. We tried few times (between calls and email) until we had to find an alternative last minute accommodation. Emma from the agency came back to us later on a Sunday evening to say they could send a housekeeper to reset the place with no specification of when. As specified in our emails the smell wasn’t at all of an unclean place but of a place where people have been smoking for quite a while. No fault of the property as they can’t obviously control it during the stay of people but we found completely unhelpful the input of the agency.
