"La Cruz Staycation review"

The location is perfect. The lake view is the best I've seen. The wifi is quite fast. The room is clean. Big TV with Netflix. 4 beds! We checked in very late and the owner was kind enough to assist us.

The window latch was broken which caused a lot of noise due to strong winds. The owner is already in talks with bldg admin to fix it.

Smooth check in, very spacious unit. Clean and very bango ng room upon entering. And the lake view sobrang gandaaa!! Very accomodating ni Ms. Kristine and responsive sa inquiries namin. Very good dn kasi may free parking sa commercial area ng condo first come first serve basis. Overall experience was great!

We were not able to use the free wifi coz of low to no connection but oks lng. Overall stay was indeed great! 😊

Location was great! Easy check in. Fast response from the property owner. Beds had fresh linen and comfortable. Enough towels. Property is under new ownership.

Bad Sewer smell in the kitchen/kitchen sink, small bugs (maybe small roaches) came up through the kitchen sink drain at night. Closet did not have the rod to hang clothes. Microwave door and rice cooker was not wiped clean/ still had grease marks. No toilet paper upon arrival.

A perfect place to stay. Everything was nice. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Comfy and close to everything The view was great, we could see taal lake and sky ranch. The sunset was breathtaking! The staff was also kind and helpful with anything. Would definitely recommend. Thank you! 😊

We like the unit. It's clean and cozy. The amenities is also nice.

The reception girl.. I didn't get the name but the one on duty last Dec 23. She's not accommodating simple questions cannot answer directly..
