There are a lot of steps but it was worth it

The host, Francesco, was super helpful and friendly. It was sweet and clean and had everything we needed; it was also well located and overlooks the water. Plus, Lerici is a great town! People having a good time below in the streets at night might be bothersome for some guests, but we found it fun and just closed the windows when we wanted to go to bed. Both rooms have a great view of the harbor but only one has a small balcony (might not be obvious from the photos).

Although everything about this accommodation was awesome, do note that the stairs are quite steep and there a lot of them, so this place is not for the out of shape!

The stairs but the host was honest at time of booking and really, you are not going up and down the stairs that many times throughout the day.

Suite Ventidue has everything a couple could want for a short or longer stay! Apt is beautifully decorated,very clean & well maintained! Owner is very kind & answers any query promptly,he even helped us up with our luggage! View from front balcony exactly as shown,extra large balcony at rear with sun loungers!! Although apt is small (usual in European apts) the bedroom/bathroom is very roomy. Highly recommend this apartment!

Stairs….we are in our 70’s & 4 steep flights straight up,is hard work…knew this before we stayed…but so worth the climb for the view! Parking is further out(again not the owners fault)!

We stayed in this charming apartment on the 4th floor and loved everything about it. It has all the amenities you need, a cozy balcony at the front with a beautiful view over the harbor and the piazza, and a larger terrace at the back to relax and unwind. The newly renovated apartment is ideal for couples – the shower is brand-new and stylish, and the small kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you might need for your stay. One tip: it’s best not to bring too much luggage, as the staircase is quite narrow and steep (no elevator) – but that’s all part of the authentic Italian charm. It’s located directly at the piazza but still really quiet. Lerici itself is a wonderful and peaceful town, perfect for a romantic getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly, and communication was excellent throughout. We can absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back.

Beautiful location and apartment. Francesco is a wonderful host. He carried luggage up the stairs and drove us to our parking. Above and beyond.

If you have limited mobility the stairs would be very difficult.

Francesco is an excellent host, very friendly and also offers transfers to and from the airport, making the trip very easy. Location is superb. Apartment is newly furnished. This is the second time I have stayed in this property.

Everything is just perfect. Great location, in the centre right in front of the sea, great view, the apartment is fully equipped has everything you need in the kitchen. Bright, clean and comfortable rooms, feels spacious. Francesco is a very nice host.
