Residenza SubitoSanto - Appartamento con balconcino "3B"

Pretty old hotel with lots of large community space. Our room was large, but average. We selected an economy room. We were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

We were moved to a bigger apartment which was lovely, also were able to have an early check in. Apartment has everything you need, location is central and it feels safe. This is our second stay and will definitely stay again. Staff helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. Most comfortable bed in the world.

Only slight niggle was the small sofa in front of the tv was not comfortable and in this apartment you cannot view tv from the bed. Also under the sofa had not been cleaned or bits missed but everywhere else spotless.

Detailed instructions for check in sent and very responsive to all questions. Room was comfortable and as described on the site. Luggage storage offered at no cost, very helpful.

Some mechanical noises from the refrigerator and a/c unit-not bad unless you’re a light sleeper.

Friendly and Alice was very helpful.

location cannot be any better. simple self checkin/checkout process. great follow up and communication with property owner
