Beautiful, sprawling property. There were several activities to keep the kids engaged. Food was good, drinks could have been better. Overall, a decent family getaway.

The housekeeping services were sub-par. It was evident that the staff simply made the bed and cleared the trash can. They didn't refill the liquid hand wash from when the previous occupants were staying. The common area at the earth villa was overrun with bird poop which was hardly cleaned. The rooms weren't swept were mopped. How do I know this? Because there were items on the floor that were left exactly as they were-things that my child played with like fruits, my hair clips, pencil etc. Someone did come to clean the common area but he had simply brushed everything under our room. So there was a ball of feather, hair and dust rolled into one right at our doorstep. Even clearing the plates took several hours.

Given that we were travelling with a toddler, our request for extended check-out by half an hour could not be accommodated. That certainly tainted our experience.
