L'appartamento, la posiziine della metro, la faciità con cui si possono raggiungere i luoghi d'interesse

Marciapiedi non sempre puliti, appartamenti poco isolati da un punto di vista acustico, presenza di qualche persona all'apparenza poco raccomandabile, mancava nelle vicinanze di un buon locale per tapas e aperitivo.
