La disponibilità degli host! la stanza era pulitissima. Bagno limpido (entrambi!), lenzuola fresche e pulite. Nota dolente per me è il materasso un po' duro, ma non lo conto come negativo perché, invece, per mia sorella era per perfetto. Io ho la fibromialgia quindi difficilmente trovo un letto comodo!

L'androne delle scale, ma purtroppo non deriva da loro... e gli inquilini del piano di sopra con i loro dannari cani non mi hanno fatto chiudere occhio. Non capisco se sono a catena o no ma stavamo strisciando qualcosa... e alle 7 di mattina si sono attaccati per un bel po'. Purtroppo questo ha compromesso il riposo. Questa è una nota dolente che riconosco non possa essere controllata, ma spero che in futuro magari possa aiutare... banalmente anche solo cercando di dialogare con chiunque abita su di magari non legare a catena il cane o dargli dei masticativi così la notte non disturbano 😅

It was the worst accomodation ever Everything was horrible except the location, which was excellent. I don't advise anybody to stay here due to: - horrible smell in the room and bathroom (there are serious mold problem, I don't know how they obtain authorization from the health department) - no window to refresh the air, - the noise done by the external air conditioning equipment which were at our window and makes a hard noise, the external equipment is for all apartments, so the noise was continuu during the night - it's an appartment and the owner rented as 3 individual rooms; we heard all neighbors from the apartment and also from the above floor, very unpleasant, it feels like they were with you in the room (no insulation) - a very disturbing noise in the night from a dog or many (from the above floor and near to the apartment, seems to be more dogs in the building) that walks all night and drags its collar that rubs the floor, it feels like it was with us in the room, - the horrible smell at the entrance in the building, - everything smells horrible, including the towels due to the mold. We asked for reimbursement and want to search for other location, but the host did not answer. We did not know the procedure for the reimbursement, and also booking.com did not answer in due time.

Own bathroom and own toilet. Amazing location. They offer coffee. Clean

Kitchen a bit dirty and noisy flatmates

La camera era molto umida e si vedeva dalla muffa eliminata dalle pareti. L’odore di umido era la conferma. Lo split del condizionatore era pieno di muffa e non si poteva accendere. La pulizia era approssimativa tanto che abbiamo trovato anche un lombrico sul pavimento che girava.
