Cozy, clean apartment. All essentials.Good location, 5-6 min walk to the metro station with some stores, eateries and bars around. Felt safe walking at night. The nearby garbage containers mentioned in some reviews were hidden by artificial plants on the window. Was not bothered by any smell, but it was only around 60F. Good and prompt communication with the host.

The water heater was enough for 1 shower, and stayed cold for hours.

La ubicación es inmejorable, el barrio, a pesar de estar en el centro nos pareció muy tranquilo. El apartamento es muy acogedor, está muy cuidado y limpio. Contiene todo lo que necesitamos y todo en muy buenas condiciones. No necesitamos atención especial ya que todo está muy bien definido en las instrucciones de entrada, pero el contacto para la entrada fue inmediato y preciso, añadiendo la sensación de muy buena atención. Muy buena calidad precio.

No pondría ni un solo "pero".

La casa lo trovata molto pulita. La posizione ottima con mezzi di trasporto nelle vicinanze. La proprietaria molto gentile e sempre disponibile a rispondere ad ogni mia domanda. Noi eravamo in 5 e siamo stati benissimo. Lo consiglio.
