La localización y la atención.

Contando con qué la habitación es un bajo que da directamente a la calle, la cama está pegando a la puerta por lo que el ruido es insoportable, se oye cada cosa que pasa fuera, cada persona, cada coche, como si estuviera pasando por encima de ti, haciendo que dormir sea una misión casi imposible. Esto no es todo ya que el cuadro de luces está también justo al lado de la cama, por lo que si los ruidos no vienen de un lado, vienen por otro. Pero lo peor de todo no es eso. Las dos noches que volvimos al piso para dormir nos encontramos la parte de la cocina llena de CUCARACHAS que salían de dicho mueble. Como la "cocina" también está a medio metro de la cama es algo totalmente anti higiénico dormir entre insectos. En definitiva, una experiencia pésima.

Piotr es muy amable, le pedí si me podía prestar una sombrilla de playa y cuando llegué la tenía lista en el apartamento. También había crema de manos y discos desmaquilantes (aparte de champú, gel, varias toallas...), cosa que no suele pasar. El apartamento es muy cómodo, la ubicación es ideal. Está muy bien aislado, por lo que no se pasa nada de calor. Repetiría

Quizá es un poco caro para estar en Calpe, pero los apartamentos están nuevos y tienen todo lo necesario.

Minimal shortcomings, which are solved by the host Piotr

Piotr was a fantastic and gracious host who was accommodating with me before and during my stay. It was nice staying in the historic old town of Calpe. There’s so much in short walking distance from there. As a plus the room had a comfortable AC and nice hot water heater—two features not too common from my experience. A washer and dryer for cycling kit was a plus too. The rooftop terrace is nice place to eat or unwind.

Amazing location, clean and super comfortable with new furnishings. It had everything we needed and Piotr was also always at hand to answer any questions we had. We loved our stay here! Would 100% recommend.

As it is a ground floor apartment that looks out onto the street, it could be noisy at times.

Piotr is more than friendly and offers you help for everything. Dont hesitate to ask. Our bikes were perfectly stored in the house. Even with Camera security!

The place is very charming, nice, clean and tidy. The location is excellent, right downtown close to nice restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. This brand new place, tastefully decorated has everything we needed. Also, it has a nice brand new kitchen and bathroom plus a comfy shared living room area and a very pleasant terrace where you can relax. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. He helped us with everything and gave us excellent recommendations of places to visit in Calpe and the nearby places. We would definitely come back to Calpe Summer and Biking. Coultdn't be happier with our choice. Highly recommended.

The property definitely exceeded my expectations. The furniture in the room was very modern which I love . Bathroom very nicely designed. Modern kitchen equipment in absolutely everything you need. The living room area very relaxing & cozy And the patio upstairs huge bonus. And the hosts they really put their heart into this place you can just feel it.
