The property was nice and clean and it’ was easy access to get in the property with the information provided via WhatsApp.

Only two things let down There was no Wi-Fi available , when I have asked there was no response And Check out time is 10:00am which is too early. Anywhere you go to any air bnb or hotel .. the check out time is always 11:00am . When I requested to be till 11:00am I have been told to pay extra 40% price of the room .

Thought the location was great, only 5 min from the beach. There's a supermarket 5 min away too and a nice pizzeria nearby. The room was nice and big with a balcony. bed was comfortable and room was clean. There was a nice and spacious communal kitchen with a big table and a fridge. Staff was nice, special thanks to the chamber maid who did my room h12 and was very kind and helpful when I asked her about buses etc.

Place is 5 km away from city centre where you get the train and buses for other destinations, having said that the b and b is located in gianola where the beach is nice and with a lovely view of the mountains and the gulf. The only other beach in Formia, Vindicio, I didn't like at all as it was very windy.
