It was really good, what we expected.

Nothing I can think of.

Pool table

There were nails in the parking lot. The neighbor who rents the unit next to us complained about us and the host quoting her “it’s a shithole” saying to complain about every little thing. She definitely did not like the pool table, the tv playing or the fact that we had family members visiting us. Felt very uncomfortable after that happened. She was very negative about the living situations and the property manager. It happened around 10pm when my parents were already about to leave. It was very strange. The big bed frame was broken, not good or comfortable to sleep in. I did not appreciate the bathroom window being visible from the outside. Did not like showering at night because you can see right through the window.

The Location was good. Neighborhood very homie. Clean home. Spacious.

Probably the having to remove shoes at the entrance because of “new flooring”. I would have appreciated an advanced notice. We were not prepared and had to purchase sandals to keep inside and not walk barefoot/in socks. It’s an expense that could have been avoided. I personally don’t walk barefoot around my own house. Also, the pool table is not set up in a correct place. The walls get in the way a lot so we stopped playing. Bummer! Walls are of the rooms are very thin lol so you will hear everything from your roommate.

The property was great, had everything we needed, the kitchen was very practical, l was able to cook meals for my family, very comfortable living room, watched lots of movies. Location is great, very clean and safe.

Outside the building needs an additional light in the alley parking area

Great location, good price, nice rooms and bathrooms, good coffee set-up. Very nice kitchen. Great communication from the property managers.

Found what appeared to be a used vibrator in one of the nightstand tables. In addition to steep $500 refundable deposit, you’ll have to pay a $17.50 non-refundable fee for paying that deposit. Even though the pool table is very small, there is insufficient room around it to actually play and fully extend the cues. Some of the cues were missing tips. The couch bed isn’t bad, but the part that pulls out is broken and collapses under very little pressure.

Located near to airport and major shopping, spacious, cleanly and family friendly. Presence of pool table was a relaxing pastime after a long hot day.

Suggestion: The pool table placement upstairs was not convenient as the wall on one side obstructs playing using the long cue stick. Maybe it can be switched with the dining table so that it will have ample space to play freely from all 4 sides.

The house was so cute. Loved the location of it. The beds are so comfortable. The pool table was so cool as well. The check-in and check out process was very smooth. Great host.

There were no extra blankets or sheets for the pull out sofa. Also, there was no ceiling fan or ground fans, which was a bummer because the rooms were hot. The sticks for the pool table were not so great. I think they need new ones.
