New Forest Cottage with Hot Tub, Fireplace and Private Garden

Nice modern furnishings, enclosed garden/ patio which is a sun trap and the hot tub was a good size.

You can hear the traffic from the motorway and not many walks on the doorstep, you have to walk on a few busy roads to get to any greenery which wasn’t ideal for dog walks.

It is a lovely place, easy to drive to nearby towns, nearby pub which is really nice, hot tub was a great bonus!

Lovely little place thats been done out really nicely. Great kitchen, really comfy bed, huge TV and the hot tub was fab!

Really noisy with the road and sofa uncomfortable. Had to clean outdoor table ourselves

Hot tub was the main reason for booking

Pictures shown was nothing like the actual place, very small and half the garden was fenced off, but was not shown in original Pictures. Bathroom sink waist was down on arrival, when it was released it gave out a terrible smell.lots of webs around, although it was generally quite clean.Nice big television but small two seat sofa that was rock hard and uncomfortable. Took our dog with us as it was advertised with a nice big enclosed garden, but the morning of arrival i was messaged to say although the garden was enclosed, our dog had to be with us at all times, which made no sense to me at all, made me conscious of letting him off his lead, so i couldn't relax. some one tried to get into the gate which set the dog off barking, after that he just wouldn't settle so we decided to leave after only spending a couple of hours there. When we were leaving we were met by the owner after explaining what happened he thought it would be acceptable to give us a 20 pound note and tell us to get a drink on the way home lol! Complete insult! Not a good experience for us at all and would never return.

The style and finish was very good for the price point and the facilities such as the hot tub were fab. The electric fire was also brilliant and cosy. The bed was extremely comfortable and the blankets/throws for the sofa were a nice homely touch. We will definitely return for another visit. The only suggestion we have would be to have a small fire pit or barbecue in the garden as there is an outside seating area and a lot of garden space to enjoy.

We had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend it. The place itself is lovely, really well kept, and in a beautiful area. The bed was super comfortable, and the hot tub was a great addition — perfect for relaxing. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely come back again!

Very intimate and cosy property. Excellent location for exploring the new forest. It was clean and warm. We loved the hot tub.

The shower didn’t run the water out very well but really this is a minor.

It was relaxing, fully closed off and no one could see in the garden which was nice that it was private. The staff were so kind and let us go to the ponies nearby and provided us with extra towels when we asked and were more than happy to be accommodating.

The only thing is due to the nature of the property, don’t leave food out as ants come out but everything else was perfect.
