Amanda Cruise Ha Long Bay

Staff couldn't be more helpful and very friendly. Dinner on the open deck was excellent with a good variety of food. Lots of activities to take part in also. Would definitely recommend.

The cruise was a wonderful experience! The views were absolutely stunning, and there were plenty of activities throughout to keep us engaged and entertained. Mr. Dan — the coordinator, manager, and host — was especially memorable with his funny and energetic personality. A special touch that really stood out was when they surprised us with a complimentary drink after learning we were celebrating our anniversary in Vietnam. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. All the staff were incredibly helpful and sweet, making the entire journey feel warm and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, have fun, and enjoy beautiful scenery with great company!

The water pressure in the bath could be improved.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, a big thanks to the team who made it possible and your hospitality made the trip all the worth while.

Its not to do with the cruise but the surrounding area before getting into the bay was like a ghost town. It was not very pituresque in comparison with the beauty of ha long bay. It would also be great if there were alternatives to the usual touristic spots for places to visit but I understand if government regulations prevent this

The whole trip was very good organised. Everything was on time. Our cruise manager, Dan, was amazing and tried his best to make us feel like home and entertain us. I am vegetarian and as soon as I mentioned it, the staff took good care of my needs and they cooked my meals separately, which I appreciate.

Definitely not worth the money. Way too expensive for what they offer. There was not a single glass of water included in the so called all inclusive package. Every drink they had was very expensive, even pricier than top cities in Europe. We did not have hot water. The rooms and the cruise ship is an average one, not even close to a luxurious one. I wouldn't even pay half of the price I paid if I were to book it again.

Wonderful cruise. We did the two nights which was fantastic. Fun activities, great food and a good vibe. Dan our cruise director was wonderful and we miss him! Well never forget our Amanda Cruise.

Staff were lovely and helpful and the programme was packed with activities. The food was great too. Hannah was so attentive when I wasn't feeling well and our waitress Hathy was really helpful and accommodating to our many requests. The cruise manager Mr Dan was funny and friendly and brought everyone together to have a great time. Great experience.
