Electricity shortage

I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I booked a clean twin room, but when I checked in there was only one towel provided. The room key was not available immediately, and I had to wait while staff searched for it. I arrived late and politely asked about the best time to check out. Instead of receiving a helpful response, I felt that the staff were rude and dismissive, simply telling me that checkout was at 12:00 PM. There was no courtesy, respect, or consideration shown to a paying customer. I had originally planned to stay for another 13 days, but due to the poor service, excessive noise in the area, and concerns about unreliable electricity, I decided to move to another hotel. I was also uncomfortable with the way my identification documents were handled. I showed my British passport and Pakistani NICOP card for identification purposes, but staff insisted on seeing additional passport details. I felt this was unnecessary and unprofessional, as they are a hotel and not an immigration department. I attempted to speak with the manager regarding my concerns, but he avoided speaking to me directly and handed his phone to another member of staff instead. This was very disappointing and not the level of customer service I would expect. Overall, I found the staff’s attitude and behaviour unprofessional, and I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer care

Love this property.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was cooperative and responsive throughout my visit. Breakfast was provided upon request and was quite good. The location is convenient, within walking distance of Gulberg Main Market, and it is easily accessible from both the bus terminal and the airport. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
