First impressions it seems like a nicely decorated, warm, modern house. Such a shame the hospitality is so poor.

Rest of house lovely and warm but plug in fan heater only source of warmth in my room. Took ages to get warm. Shower is not private, it’s shared. Had to go and ask for toilet roll too. Kettle in the room but then you’ve got to go begging for tea bags and coffee. Hairs and smell from previous guests on bed sheet. Nearly left but alternative would have been to sleep in my van.
