USMy son and I stayed for four days at Faletti’s Grand Hotel in Lahore, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely courteous, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. We stayed in an executive room, which was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Room service was efficient throughout our stay. We also used the laundry service, and it was completed within just a few hours at a very reasonable price. Since we stayed during Ramadan, the hotel provided a thoughtful service by preparing and delivering custom-ordered Sahur directly to our room, which was very convenient. Another great benefit was the complimentary airport pickup and drop-off service provided by the hotel, which made our travel logistics much easier. I would also like to mention the hotel’s 24/7 watchman, who was very polite, humble, and welcoming every time we entered or left the property. His professionalism added a very positive touch to the overall stay.
