Smitten House 4 Bedroom RHYL

The house had everything you needed and we were sent a list of things recommended to bring with us which helped a lot

The house was absolutely perfect, everything you need is there, it was flawlessly clean and helpful aides left around the house as to how to use things like the cooker were great! The four bedrooms are all a really good size with wardrobes and drawers for storage. The lounge is massive with a large smart TV and plenty of space the sit. The kitchen was really well equipped and great for cooking in! Theres an oven/grill, two microwaves, a kettle, a coffee machine, a Ninja air fryer and a four slice toaster. Plenty of pots and pans, plates, bowls and mugs and glasses There's a lovely front and side garden (the trees were in blossom which was really pretty) and an enclosed garden at the back with a washing line and seating, and a garage for storing beach toys! The host was really communicative which put us such at ease as we knew exactly where everything was and knew if we needed anything they were only a text away. Having off the road parking was brilliant too. The location is brilliant, it's far enough out of the centre that it was silent at night but you were only a short walk from the beach, the amazing new theatre, the town centre and the Marine Lake (which our kids loved for crabbing!). There's plenty of supermarkets nearby that are open until 10 if you need to nip out and grab anything including an Aldi, an Asda and a Morrisons. Being so close to the A55 made it a great base also, and we were only a short drive away from Conwy, Llandudno, Caenarfon, Anglesey, and Snowdonia which are all absolutely stunning. Cannot fault this property at all and would highly recommend to anyone!

It's a lovely, spacious house. The photos don't do it justice. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need. The private garden is a bonus. It's in a great location for the beach, just a five minute walk.

We had a great time staying over New Year. The house was immaculate on arrival. Well equipped kichen, warm and spacious. Communication with the host was great and the house is located in a nice residential area. Will look for availability next time we visit North Wales.

Location was brilliant, really close to the town and surrounding areas. Smitten house is in a lovely quiet residential area. Would highly recommend to stay here and will again if we visit the area. Thanks for letting us stay, it was a pleasure.

Everything was spotless when we arrived and all the facilities in the house were just as described. We were greeted by a platter of goodies which made for a lovely tea on our first night. There were sandwiches, sausage rolls, pork pies and cake. There were even circle shaped sandwiches for the kids. We loved that there were provisions for the children such as plastic plates, a few games, a stair gate etc. This place was very family friendly but would also be great for adults too. There were 2 TVs which kept us entertained after the kids had gone to bed, either in the living room for a chill time or in the kitchen/dining room while we washed up. It was a short walk to the seafront which was perfect for our toddlers, and the beach was lovely. Joanna was just a WhatsApp message away if we needed anything but we didn't have many queries as she'd thought of almost everything.

If we're being really picky, I would have liked there to be 2 stair gates, rather than just one. The TV in the living room was quite slow, and the TV in the dining room only got Freeview. But that's if we're being really fussy.
