Вежливый и дружелюбный персонал. Хорошее расположение. За свои деньги хороший отель.

Кровать поскрипывала, не критично но можно исправит. Вентиляция шумит, тоже требует обслуживания. В остальном всё хорошо.

It is near to the cable car, restaurants n sight seeing place.

No extra pillow given even though we asked.

Location was amazing - we got to see the fireworks directly outside the balcony, close to everything like cable car, walkable to night market and insta-worthy picture spots. Staffs (Daisy & Gift) were also very friendly, it’s my second time staying with them! Also got special discount for spa so that was extra nice

The bed/mattresses are hard and breakfast was limited (a la carte option)

The hotel room was so nice. Friendly staff. Just walking to the cable car entrance and Halal Sarah Restaurant . Very good location. The hotel also rent scooter for 1 day with cheap price

Maybe, the bfast location difference building and provide halal food for muslim

The view is nice, and we get to see fireworks every day. Walking distance to the cable car. The staff were exceptionally friendly and honest. I accidentally left 500,000 VND behind, and they promptly contacted me via email and WhatsApp, then immediately transferred the money back. They were also very helpful in arranging transportation and accommodating our halal dietary requirements, even going so far as to book alternative restaurants for our breakfasts at no additional charge.

The hotel lobby could use some organization; however, it didn't bother me much. It wasn’t dirty or anything—just slightly untidy.

Stayed here for one night, it is close to cabel car. Room is small but clean. Price paid was also reasonable.
