I really liked the great location of the flat

I didn't like the entrance , as it had very old stairs and unsafe hand rail, also in the apartment I could feel a very strong mold smell at all times. The bed was very very uncomfortable , at some point we were thinking to look for a new accommodation because of the back pain we had every morning

The property was all as pictured, good location, warm and there was lots of extra little amenities which made a nice touch.

There is a long list of information that is sent 24hrs before you check in. Which I think this should at least be sent a week before. The day before people are travelling and may not have time to read pages of info. Once you find the code for the front door of the building on the large brochure then the treasure hunt really starts which is not great when you are tired. You must count two doors then I think look for a green door go through that then onto a balcony. It was all a bit of maze and mind field at the time when you are tired. We did have a contact but whenever we asked or called, we got told to look at the info that was sent and when we did get info from him he just sent the brochure. The parking is a nightmare but that was fully communicated so we were aware of that. I think the washing machine would need replacing or maybe just a good clean. The seal looked dirty and when washing you did need to do an extra spin as it all came out soaking wet. The sleeping area in the lounge has no curtains just a light lace type curtain and mottled glass on the front door. I think there was a communal light or something as it went on twice during our three-night stay after 11pm and it lights the rooms up like a bright summers day with the curtains all drawn. The bed was extremely hard and noisy when you move around. It feels like you are sleeping on planks of wood. The chest of draws needs replacing or the runners need fixing as the draws did not close properly.

The location is perfect, you're 2 minutes away from the Piata Sfatului, and the walk is made through the best area of the city center :) amazing restaurant and coffee shops. The house if generous and luminous and very clean. It's also fully equiped with whatever you might need.

I was a little bit out of luck, as I stayed here during some renovations the neighbours were doing, so there was a bit of noise obviously. but the house has proper sound-isolating windows, so it wasn't much of a problem. Renovations mean that in a few months the whole building will look as new.

Great location in the Old Town at an excellent price. My other criteria for booking were a kitchen and a washing machine, both of which were fine. The host is super-organised, with the best pre-arrival information details that I’ve come across.

The entrance area - a rundown passageway leading to various properties - is not the most welcoming, and you’ll need a torch at night. The apartment itself, while definitely fine, felt oddly bare, maybe partly a function of it being spacious.
