Nothing…just location

The apartment wasn’t as pictured. It was not on a higher floor but on the main level which you had to enter a dark smelly hallway and walked downhill to get to it. The apartment had a very strong musty smell. So much so that we didn’t want to breath. In addition, the bottom of the shower was rusted, there was gunk on the kitchen cabinets, the bbq’s were completely rusted, everything was old and there were flies everywhere inside. I was able to contact the management company and then spoke to the owner who assured me we would get a full refund because we didn’t end up staying. We were fortunate enough to find a hotel room close by. We were refunded less than half of the full amount that was paid in advance.
