"Improve service"

Room size, lobby, spacious. Reception staff was very nice cooperative and guided us for tours.

Food was not so good. We had dinner. Service was very poor. We got food and plates and spoons came after 30 minutes after calling room service 3 times.

The location was the best part with ample covered parking space as well as housekeeping was quick for service.The check in and check out was hassle free and done efficiently.

The ventilation and exhaust in bathroom could be done more effectively .There could have been free breakfast with the price given.
