Location very good. Very clean and beautiful view.

No AC.

Well functioning apartment. Though on the smaller side, it was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Safe and nice area, mostly residential. Be aware that payment is done outside of Booking, and virtually. Also, if you're afraid of heights, don't go to the balcony. It's really high with small barrier, but also provides a beautiful view.

Not too close (walking distance) to restaurants, markets and busier area. More residential, so even though it's possible, no one is really walking there. So be prepared to Uber even when it seems close. There's a convenience market in the first floor, but some days it was not open.

Close to the airport. Great views from the balcony. Kitchen and coffee making facilities. Good shower and very comfy bed. Compact with enough space to spread out a bit. Small shop next door for snacks and basic food (to cook with). Check in very easy.

Only thing to suggest would be a small fan for the room.

Easy access to the building and the apartment; quiet room with awesome city view from the large window; great location, super clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.

No complaints.

safe, zone 10, new buding, easy to find, great views, pretty, well equipped, good tv, comfortable bed, skydeck, feels 21st century. Uner to the airport is around 40 quetzales.

balcony seems unsafe (by design), especially if you have a kid. Would appreciate some glass to protect like they have on the skydeck.
