I love that the house is spacious. It has 4 rooms and can easily accommodate 7 people. It has kiblat signage, which we as Muslims are very thankful for. It is clean, and air-conditioned.

Not a dislike per se, but just on a cautionary side; The place does not have grille on its windows, hence patrons with toddlers please be extra mindful.
