Super accueil par le propriétaire, très gentil et ouvert à la discussion ! J’ai très bien dormi aussi dans la chambre qui est relativement calme ce qui fait plaisir ! Possible de prendre un petit dej et un petit dîner tout simple mais parfait. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment bien pour ce genre d’établissement je recommande totalement !

This was such a lovely homestay in Thanjavur. The room was really spacious and wonderfully furnished. The space was large enough to be comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed the time I spent inside as well as outside. The bathroom was well-equipped and clean. The AC worked well and the windows could be opened as well whenever you preferred to let in fresh air. I also enjoyed sitting on the swing in the lounge area after a hard day of sightseeing. The décor was really pretty, welcoming, and offered the typical vibes of an old-fashioned Tamil home. I really enjoyed it. They also offered laundry facilities for a tip. The breakfast was varied everyday and pretty nice too. They offered eggs, idiyappam, idli, dosa, and pongal on varying days, along with tea and coffee. It is the type of place you sit out on a table with a bunch of other guests and eat. The staff was so helpful with everything. They ordered autos for us to get around and gave us tips for several things. And when my bag got left behind en route to Trichy, they even sent it to me in Chennai the same evening. Wonderful, wonderful service, and the staff was really, really awesome. I would heartily recommend this place for the amount of support I got.

I only had one quibble. The floor was always dusty and the guesthouse prohibited shoes around the house. A nicely carpeted or washed floor twice a day would fit in with this philosophy but this was not the case.

Beautiful house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Lovely breakfasts, home cooked food. Use of filtered water. Help arranging tours.

Ambience, Very good services and pleasant approach by the staff

The stay was excellent and truly worth the money. The hospitality was outstanding, and the ambience was warm and pleasant, making it feel just like home. A special mention to Mr. Nachal Manik, who was extremely helpful in guiding us to local sightseeing places. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience.

I really loved the property. It looked beautiful and got all the elements of a chettinad mansion. and also the host was very friendly and let us checkout much later than check out time

Prachtig huis in volle rust, super gastheer. We waren op doorreis met de motor in zuid India.

Ambience, Cleanliness, Helpful staff

Very limited option for Breakfast and no food served there for dinner. We have to go out or order. There is no table available for working in the laptop.
