"There was a mix up about a double booking on our arrival which was quickly sorted and the rest of our stay was excellent"

"We had to speak to the host several times and found him rude and obnoxious. We arrived at the address we had booked only"

Central location

Cleanliness ! we found faeces in the toilet the toilet brush and container were rusty and discoloured the grout around the bath needs attention. Very good shower but i had to clean it before i used it . Hairs in the bed , no welcome pack or information regarding kitchen appliances , had to phone host to find out how to work the oven .

The location was good for me. Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. The apartment was so comfortable and had everything that you would need. Was super clean and warm. Would highly recommend staying here

"Perfect Spot, Perfect Host!"

Very helpful and communicative host. Great location to access all Birmingham has to offer while feeling a safe and quiet area/building. A Spar and a Boots store close by to stock up on essentials. Definitely stay again next time in Birmingham.

"Great central apartment"

The host was friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable, and in a great location. 5 minutes walk to the Utilita Arena and Sealife Centre, and even though lots of restaurants and bars were nearby, the apartment was quiet

There was nothing we didn't like and we would definitely stay again.
