"Exceptional"

Very comfortable and good safe location . Lots of space and thoughtful extras such as tea and coffee and cotton pads q tips and bath products in the bathroom. Great host Close to ICC within walking distance. Parking safe with 24hour CCTV

"Poor"

Strange I've been asked, because this booking was cancelled by the owner apparently on 26th Jan which I wasn't aware of even though my payment was still accepted on the 14th April . Only found out because I emailed to say what time I would be arriving. They said they had a water leak in January and they are still repairing it in April!! Had to find another place the day before my stay

Poor communication by owner and booking.com Not going to use again. Have to wait up to 12 days to get my money back

"Great location and lovely apartment"

We were met on arrival and shown around the apartment. Very friendly and welcoming. Lots of extras like towels, toiletries, blankets and even a coffee machine with pods. We were told to make ourselves at home which was lovely !! Just a very short walk to Brindley place bars and restaurants.

"Comfortable enjoyable stay"

Modern and comfortable we had an enjoyable stay. Great location for the Utilita Arena and Brindley Place tram stop just a short walk away. Everything you need for a perfect stay. Secure complex with comfortable beds and great to have toiletries available too. Will definitely book again.
