Fabulous place to stay. Well equipped with everything you need and plenty of unexpected extras too. Clean and comfortable. Excellent location for Utilita Arena which is a short walk over the road and along canal path. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Really friendly host who checked in regularly with useful information and made sure everything was ok. Much cheaper than staying in a hotel and had the bonus of being in our own private place

Great location. Comfortable beds.

Charged £20 extra for parking even though it was clearly his own private space. Check in/out processes not great. Over half an hour waiting to collect keys even though given 2 hour warning about arrival time when he’d only asked for half an hour before. Wifi signal very poor, which meant that the tv didn’t really work.

Ideally situated, quiet and comfortable.

The TV didn’t work, seemed to have an issue connecting to the WiFi. We had to hotspot to our phone to get it so work. A few of the mugs that we used were not clean, we had to wash them again before use.

Great location for Utilita Arena, Sealife Centre and Brindley Place, secure apartment in a quiet gated complex. Two comfortable bedrooms, stylish lounge and kitchen with everything you need. Host was really helpful. Would highly recommend.
