The room is big

The smell of sofa is very uncomfortable. We are group of 4, the owner offered us a sofa in living room with 1 another bed for 4 people sleeping, and of course we will not use that sofa. I think the owner need to change it asap and think of the way of washing the sofa’s cover after every stay. The smell of house at the first time we arrived is also weird, I had to open all windows for ventilation. The owner did not send us instructions for checking in advance, he asked me to add his whatsapp in order for him to send instructions, we were on the way of our trip so we did not do it immediately. At the time we arrived, at around 7 pm, I called him and he sent video instruction, just think that in case we could not reach him at that time. I think it is better if he decribes every thing in words and send via booking message some days before guest’s arrival, this is the way all other owners always do including checking time of tentative arrival of guest, it is also decribed that you have enough care of your guests. Guests can check any time which is convinient for them.

A környék csendes, gyönyörű természeti környezetben. Közel mindenhez (történelmi városközpont, látnivalók, vásárlási lehetőségek, szórakozóhelyek), éppen úgy ahogyan az ajánlatban szerepelt. A Szállásadó prospektusokat, térképet, programajánló kiadványokat helyezett ki számunkra, ezzel is megkönnyítve a tájékozódást és a programválasztást. Üdvözlő ajándékkal is kedveskedett (helyi tradicionális sütemény), amire egyáltalán nem számítottunk, de nagyon jól esett ez a figyelmesség.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, with a lovely green view of the hillside. It's also just a short walk from Como Lago train station, which made everything super convenient. Towels and bed sheets smelled fresh and clean, which we really appreciated. The host thought of every detail – from coffee capsules to detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher. She even sent us a very clear, detailed video explaining how to enter the building. Highly recommended!

Good location. Spotlessly clean. Excellent and prompt communication from the hosts. Happy to recommend.

Two small points of information (not criticism) of the apartment - just to be helpful. 1) Como has 4 train stations so be very clear in the property information to travel to Como Lago (4 minutes walk from the apartment) - not Como Sangiovani (25 minutes walk). 2) The booking system for lake ferry tickets on the Lake Shore Ticket Office is a very, very, very slow and inefficient fiasco. Make the effort to be at the Booking Office for 07.00 (when it opens) otherwise resign yourself for a 2 ~ 3 hour queue for tickets to ensure you don’t miss your chosen boat.

Easy to find the house and the keys. Well equipped apartment with coffee, washing machine, dishwasher, shower gel, kitchen utensils, almost everything we should need.

Everything was excellent. The clothes dryer was only outside the window without clothespins. In rainy weather, drying clothes inside the apartment was a problem.

The property was excellent. A lot bigger than it looks in the photos and an amazing view from the balcony that is off the bedroom and living area. Perfect location and everything you could need in an apartment.
