Carbonell Flats R by Vivo GC

Super clean and modern apartment 20-minute walk from the seaside and 3 minutes from the underground station. We were surprised by the fact that it is on the groundfloor. You are entering the apartment from the street directly and there is no proper window. However, it was a quiet street and we got used to it quickly. The airconditioning was very good, cooled the apartment within minutes. It is ideal for a couple, however, a family with kids will be OK as well. The owner is very nice and helpful.

The property was nice , modern and very clean. The flat awaited us with chocolates on our nicely folded towels and cool water in the fridge. The host was great with communication and intrusctions. The flat had everything we needed and it was well located for our needs. Close to the beach and to the metro, which made going around Valencia very easy.

Not a dislike, but it might be worth mentioning that there are no separate rooms, there is one big space where the living room with the extendable sofa is opposite the kitchen. Then continuing into the space, is the bed and wardrobe leading to a separated bathroom. Not a big issue, but the lock from the bathroom was not functioning.

The host is very supportive, and the place is very nice and cozy. The property is well located, near bus and metro stations. There are also grocery stores nearby and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped.
